Sec. 4-5 YMCA Youth Exchange Media links

Here are a few stories about our Sec. 4-5 English class that participated in a YMCA Youth Exchange with a class from Southwestern Ontario. Our students visited their community from Feb. 14th to the 21st, 2011, and they more recently came to our town, March 21st to the 28th. Check out the links below:

2009 Graduates

NancyThis year again many students from Ulluriaq School should be able to show their pride and graduate after 12 hard working years and many difficulties along the road. Ida, Judy, Igulik, Mary, Samuel, Louisa, Sandy Jake and Shirley have the chance to finish and graduate this year and maybe go to Cegep if they wish to.

To celebrate this important step in their life these students asked for the help of their teachers to organize a trip down south. Many destination have been chosen: Florida, Costa-Rica, New York and even a trip around Canada. This is a big project but that group of student are motivated and are not afraid to put the effort to achieve their goal.
